Posted .While we no longer provide printed manuals, in order to be better ambassadors of the environment, you can always access the latest version of the owner’s manual directly on this website. This can be accessed by clicking on the "Features" tab below the product image, then scrolling down on the right-hand screen that pops up until you see "User Manual", then you can click on the blue link titled "English" to access the manual in a separate window.

The agitation cycle sounded like a saw going back-and-forth. The spin cycle sounded like a jet engine. Clothes came out clean, but I returned it within a few days.

We read the reviews that mentioned this issue but did not think it could be too bad. If you have a first floor laundry room I would recommend you do not purchase this machine. We returned and spent a little more money on a different brand and are much happier. Best Buy’s return process was amazing though.

Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. We recommend you review the support article on the GE Appliances website titled: "Top Load Washer - Normal Sounds." When using fabric softener, be sure to select the "Extra Rinse or "Deep Rinse" option.
