Posted .We apologize that you've had issues with your washer, especially after only 6 months. We want to assist. Troubleshooting tips are available starting on page 24 of the manual; you can view the manual on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product's page. If you aren't able to solve the issue with troubleshooting, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty (which is detailed on page 29 of the manual) and contacting Bodewell (GE Appliances' team of appliance care experts) at 833-426-3393. A technician can certainly examine the washer for any issues.
Washer don't work after one month of use

Posted .This washer is a high-efficiency washing machine with a system that requires less water while providing effective cleaning action. You may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer. This is normal. This model also comes with the Deep Fill feature that allows you to add more water as needed. Broke down in less than a year

Washer is not reliable

Best Buy was supposed to exchange and reinstall the new washer, but they DID NOT do the install. I would stay away from buying appliances from them.

I replaced a tower system that I've hated for 10 years. The washer gives how much water is needed for each load. Very easy to use. My dryer is perfect. The only change I'm going to have made is to switch which way the dryer door opens - and, yes, it allows that with ease.

No issues whatsoever, it's also very convenient that you can basically do any wash combo that you want with deep water, soak, hot/cold, extra spin, etc. the physical dials are also a huge plus, as you don't need to worry about dry hands not working the touch buttons.
