    Very disappointed with this purchase . Very noisy, doesn’t seem to ever put the correct amount of water in the machine . Just doesn’t do a very good job .

      We'd like to help you with the sound level of your washer and clarify some information regarding its water level. An unlevel washer or out of balance load will cause the sound level to be louder than normal during operation. We recommend checking that all 4 of the unit's legs are properly leveled. You can find leveling and loading instructions and further information on the sound level in the article titled "Top Load Washer - Wet Clothes Concerns" on the GE Appliances website.

      Due to regulations set by the Department of Energy, you may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer. This is normal for a high efficiency washer, and the unit will still provide effective cleaning performance. We recommend ensuring your items are loaded loosely and evenly around the tub and can move freely during the cycle to ensure optimum performance. Additionally, you can select the Deep Fill option for large or heavily soiled loads if extra water is desired. GE_Appliances

    So far the washer works well. The black background for the settings makes it hard to read in the basement. Delivery and working with Best Buy was a NIGHTMARE!

    Delivered on 6/18/2025, broke on 7/27/2025. Literally didn't even last 6 weeks. Best buy won't allow me to return and GE cannot get me an appointment for someone to even come look at it until August 12th. Terrible

    Much better than the first washer I bought. The lid does not lock until after the water has been filled which allows me to add the detergent in before the clothes is added
