    I purchased this product 9/2024. This washer is trash and unfortunately I purchased 2 for my rental properties. The brand new unit did not work on delivery and had to be replaced. The replaced washing machine stopped working again just outside of Best Buy's return policy (60 days) and their total tech plan is not good for anything anymore. I had to call the manufacturer directly and was given the runaround. After 3 months the agitator just stopped working from normal use... DO NO BUY THIS PRODUCT!
