      We apologize that you've had issues with your washer, especially after only 6 months. We want to assist. Troubleshooting tips are available starting on page 24 of the manual; you can view the manual on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product's page. If you aren't able to solve the issue with troubleshooting, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty (which is detailed on page 29 of the manual) and contacting Bodewell (GE Appliances' team of appliance care experts) at 833-426-3393. A technician can certainly examine the washer for any issues. GE_Appliances
