We read the reviews that mentioned this issue but did not think it could be too bad. If you have a first floor laundry room I would recommend you do not purchase this machine. We returned and spent a little more money on a different brand and are much happier. Best Buy’s return process was amazing though.

Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. The agitation cycle sounded like a saw going back-and-forth. The spin cycle sounded like a jet engine. Clothes came out clean, but I returned it within a few days.

However, I ordered one with impeller but got one with agitater. It was the last thing I check before placing the order. Since I paid for install I kept it. The washer is working fine with no issue.
