It’s very loud. The installer mentioned that it was loud at first. But, it never got better.

Pickup from warehouse, bring it home to unload and setup. two loads after running break-in. It wouldn't go through the spin cycle. After talking to Best Buy, I had to call G.E. to set appointment for repair. They didn't have any close appointment's, so Best Buy replaced it, after going through all the hoops. Still worry about this machine, if it's going to do the same thing!!

Washer took a walk with a medium load. Should have order a non agitator.

Had to call in a repair after the 1st load, due to belt came off.

Didn't even last a year the screw that holds the agitator rusted and broke and it can't be removed.terrible design flaw.

Didn't work on first use. Didn't drain or spin. Ordered a replacement but apparently Best Buy lost my replacement order. Been without a properly functioning washer for 3 weeks now waiting for the replacement, but received no text alerts that the replacement would be arriving tomorrow. Logon to their site and see no pending replacement orders. Reach out to their support and they have no record of the replacement order. Their solution: want me to wait yet another 3 weeks for another replacement. All the while ignoring the fact that I have had to pay out of pocket time & money to go to a laundromat instead and now they want me to do that for 3 more weeks and don't even have the courtesy to offer to make this right in way.

Very noisy my older ge washer 15 years old was a better machine worse purchase I ever made in my life. New products will never last as long as older products. Obvius ge has not done qa testing of sound level during actual machine use.Thums down sorry I made purchase.

We are having problems with unit it’s not easy to use. Have to wash clothes twice to get the soap and softener out.

It tears up my sheets and towels! Today it tore my nice mattress pad to cottony shreds. I washed it on bulky and loaded per their video instructions. I wash my towels and sheets on the “towels and sheet” setting. It twists them and rips them. Jean, slacks and sleeves get twisted tightly, too. I hate this washer.

After only 3 weeks, the washer did not operate. I called GE and it will take a few weeks to repair as he needed to order the parts.

On our third load of clothes the washer drum began to slam the inside walls of the washer. So much the washer was moving around the floor. I checked to see if the washing machine was level and it was. I repositioned the clothes multiple times and it still made a slamming sound. The only thing I can think was the washer drum must be out of balance or possibly broken. I processed a return and pick up through the Best Buy App. The person who assisted me on the return and scheduled a home pickup was excellent. Best Buy customer service is always great experience.

I'm sorry to say but this washer is not worth a darn. My first load was sweats all the same color didn't come clean at all.Wash these item twice ,still look the same. Then wash kitchen towels let soak and towels didn't come clean. Rewash and still look the same. The old washing machine was the best. Technology sucks. Not happy Thanks

first machine defective never used, second machine used twice and needed an entire new motor. i am beyond dissatisfied and still without a working washing machine!!!

Expected more from it, too little water in the washing

Returned twice. Ordered a different brand. Softener leaked all over at the end. Had to rewash. Second order cycle would not stop and clothes soaking wet
