Not even 2 weeks in and its already not working. Something must be wrong with the sensors. It will not fill the tub at all. Plus the first washes it wouldnt dispense my softner during the rinse cycle. Calling to get a technician to check it out asap.

You may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer and may not cover the top level of the clothes. This is normal. If you still prefer to have a higher water level, we recommend utilizing the Deep Rinse feature and selecting the Max water level. -- If the laundry additives are dispensing too soon, it could be caused by the overfilling of dispensers. Regarding the noise. We would suggest reviewing the normal sounds your unit should be making which can be found in the use and care guide page 23 on the website. If you find though after reviewing that the noise is not a normal sound, then we would suggest taking advantage of your warranty and calling for service. The deep fill function ensures thorough washing of heavily soiled clothes unlike other washing machines. This machine is easy to use, not too loud, and executes cleaning cycles quickly. Our old impeller type was horrifically loud and barely got clothes clean or we would have to run it multiple cycles. We thought this one wasn't working, it was so quiet, the first time. I would absolutely recommend this product to others in the market for a washing machine.

I didn’t need a crash course in how to use it! I highly recommend for someone like me who could care less that a machine doesn’t have a million settings to choose from.
