Works good cleans clothes better than my old side loader Clothes smell clean know lol. I YouTubed this it had lots of complaints about being loud and I think there pretty quiet for an agitator washer. For what I paid for the washer on sale it's a pretty good unit.

I absolutely love this washing machine!!! I’ve had 2 front loaders before this. They don’t last and they don’t clean your clothes!!! I will never buy another machine that doesn’t have an agitator it’s unbelievable how much cleaner my clothes are!!!!!!

I love the style of this washer with the black added to wash low is makes it look elegant. The capacity for a wash load is very large and it does not bring off a loud sound when washing.

I've been using this washer for a little while now, and I’m really happy with it. It looks good, runs smoothly, and most importantly it gets the job done. My clothes come out clean every time, and I haven’t had any issues with it so far. I’m not an expert when it comes to appliances, but for everyday use, it’s reliable and easy to work with. Overall, it's a solid washer that does exactly what I need it to do.

This washer is not the quietest washer, but it works well. It also seems to get the whites better than our previous washer. It does the job and doesn’t need all the features that others have.

Seems to work as it should but it is very loud! We have a laundry room adjacent to our family room. Even with door closed it drowns out the TV at higher than normal volume. Other customers cited the loudness of this unit and they weren't kidding. Wish I spent a few hundred more for a quiet one. I have large number of fam over for holidays and don't have the time to play exchange games with Best Buy.

I've had this washing machine for about a month. It provides sufficient performance at washing clothing. However, the 3-star rating results from its deficiencies. The washer vibrates significantly during the spin cycle. I had a service tech visit after the installation to level the unit, but it still vibrates a lot. I can feel the vibration quite a bit in my concrete floor. The washer also makes a series of noises when going through its cycles. They are not overtly disturbing but are certainly noticeable if you prefer a quiet home. On the positive side, the controls are intuitive, and the wash basin is quite large at 4.5 CF. I purchased it on sale, so the pricing was reasonable, but I would have been greatly underwhelmed if I had purchased it at full-price. I would not recommend this washer because its deficiencies are quite significant for me. For those who are not affected by them (e.g., washer is located in the garage or basement), then it's probably a good option. Overall, it does the job but is not ideal.

I purchased this washer for my mother as it has a simple dashboard for operating by an 80-something woman. She found it to be noisy and the worst part is that the washer bundles up bed sheets to the point that it must be stopped and rebalanced. And eve worse, is that I bought the 5 year warranty for it : (

Simple and easy to use. Have had no problems even when I did 6 washes back to back. Loudest noise was just a hum.

Works really well for the price. I will say sometimes if you put even a little too much fabric in there, it won’t wash well. But if you have a small load it works great.

Not the greatest washing machine in my opinion. It seems to have a few quirks. First, the feet leveling is very difficult to manipulate. In addition, the areas it tells you to level from are not very flat. Second, i can't confirm how good the auto water level works, but seems to be good. The low and medium water levels are extremely low. Third, any load with weight such as towels or bedding always cause the spin cycle to crap out. The load doesn't drain enough, resulting in manual intervention to run an additional drain and spin cycle.

I love my new washer!!! It has been having it and it gets my clothes clean and fresh everytime. It was also super easy for my kids to learn how to use it.

The washer gets the clothes really clean and does a great job, but when I put a bulky load cycle on I expect it not to bang, but that’s what it does so I don’t know if that’s normal.

DEEP for really full loads. I washed my queen-sized down comforter with no problem. I highly recommend this machine. It’s very durable and cleans clothes very well. The agitator doesn’t catch on things either.

You need someone who can make sure it's level and the drain hose on back is the right hight, best buy offers this setup service at a reasonable price. It holds a good amount of clothes, has a quick wash setting, and a cold water only setting. And a lot of other features.
