We're a family of 8 so we do alot of washing, this washer is a life saver and time saver. The installation was easy. Very happy with the price as well.

It allows us to fill the machine up completely with water if we want. Agitator works good at getting the clothes clean. It is great to be able to change all the settings the way you want and not have some manufacture dictate what they think is good. Spin dry cycle really removes a lot of water, which allows the dryer to not run a long time to dry our clothes

Washer does become unbalanced when too many clothes or the load is heavy. However, machine does rebalances its self and lets you know if you may need to spin the cycle again. It’s been a month since purchase so no issues thus far.

Note: If Deep Fill and Deep Rinse are both selected, the amount of rinse water will match the Deep Fill amount of water. We just know it will become a fast favorite in your laundry space!

The size of the tub is so much bigger than our old one and the options given for the dry cycles are perfect. I love the options of bulky items/casual/sheets and towels, etc... I can also add an extra soak or rinse.

Best Washer I have ever purchased

It is easy to use and does an extremely good job. Also has an extra spin cycle which saves on the amount of time in the dryer. It also doesn't get off balance because the drum is deep and there are plenty of water levels. Customer service with Best Buy is great as always.

I’m very grateful that Best Buy not only has good prices but also has great sales. No way could I have afforded a new washer had this not been the case. And on top of the great sale price it came with a warranty from the manufacturer. No additional cost and still got a warranty. Perfect timing for a large family with a small budget. Thank you Best Buy!
