So far we are very happy with our washer! It is easy to use. I prefer the dials as opposed to the "smart" washers. I had a bad exprience with one of those. The water level options make it perfect for any load size we might need.

Love this model, sleek look, large enough drum for quilts/blankets/ heavier loads and sensors for fragile items. Gave 4 stars, a bit noisy.

Good Machine. Washer does become unbalanced when too many clothes or the load is heavy. However, machine does rebalances its self and lets you know if you may need to spin the cycle again. It’s been a month since purchase so no issues thus far.

This washer has everything we need to have clean clothes. It is easy to use and does an extremely good job. Also has an extra spin cycle which saves on the amount of time in the dryer. It also doesn't get off balance because the drum is deep and there are plenty of water levels. Customer service with Best Buy is great as always.

This would be our 2nd GE washing machine after our first gen GE of this model went out. It's very similar to our 1st GE so it's easy to set up the wash settings, no fancy chime or pressing on an electrical board, it's all knobs and a press of a button to start. When it comes to the wash, it was fast yet effective on washing out stains and odor. It's also quiet during the wash and rinse so thats a plus. Lastly, it doesnt have that loud of a ring to notify you when it's done, which is ok, just gotta check in every 30min.

Love the washer. So easy to use. It has a full capacity for washing clothes.

I am very pleased with my new GE washer. It is easy to use and has performed perfectly! The large capacity is perfect for blankets.

This washer has large capacity for putting in clothing, but it tries, even on the highest water level setting, to wash with too little water. Also, because the washer locks when spinning, if the washer load gets unbalanced, it is necessary to stop the washer, and then there is no way to resume the cycle. My old GE washer was much better than this one.

This washer works great. It allows us to fill the machine up completely with water if we want. Agitator works good at getting the clothes clean. It is great to be able to change all the settings the way you want and not have some manufacture dictate what they think is good. Spin dry cycle really removes a lot of water, which allows the dryer to not run a long time to dry our clothes

Love it - had a Whirlpool prior to this, it lasted 20 years and I hung on to it because no lid lock, full water basket, and aggressive agitation to get clothes clean. Found this one, which if on the correct setting (for me it's towels) does pretty much the same thing. The lid only locks after it's finished washing and going into the spin cycle, which is nice to be able to add clothes to the wash during its washing cycle. You have to do a few things to manage to get that full basket of water - - even when putting it on high, you have to press the other button to tell the machine to do a "deep fill". The only problem with this model which I have another at a vacation home which does the exact same thing, is it tends not to be able to handle full loads too well, as it goes into a machine shaking frenzy once in a while. If I open the lid, the machine will stop and I'll have to start the darn thing all over from start to finish which not only wastes water, but also my detergent - so I just let it do its thing. It's not very often that happens as I do try to make sure the load is not too heavy or too lopsided.

Nice basic washing machine. Wanted something without all the frills. With a large family it has done it job.

Nice looking w/deep bucket. Seems to do a good job. Have washed a heavy load of blankets and used the extra spin feature. Worked well and plan to do more big loads in the near future. It would be nice if came w/Instruction book. So far guessing has gone well.

2nd time around is a GE, Its better than the - Maytag - I had first, thats a buyer beware for sure. I like this GE Washer because I have control of ALL water levels, unlike others machines as i came to notice. Be aware of this. These new machines 'save water' at the expense of not rinsing out your clothes unless you 'suggest' it. Bet you didn't know that. These new machines are water efficient; no concern of residue left in clothes due to insufficient amount of 'rinse' technology. Unless of course you turn the dial to extra rinse. Now thats a rinse cycle. This GE tub is huge compared to my broken Whirlpool. Maybe if they'd shrink the tub size, that same amount of water could cover clothes. Just a thought.

So far so good. Like the washer and the washing options. Washer has minimal vibration. Would like to put the vibration cups under to eliminate any vibration. Plenty of room in the drum.
