      Oh no, we're so sorry that you're running into these noise issues with multiple washers. This would be pretty discouraging and we hate that you've had to experience this. One thing to make sure of is that your washer is even, as an unlevel washer can cause excessive noise. To level the washer, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down.     I had good comments from my tenant that this is a very good general-use washer. Works as advertised and has plenty of washing options. I've found Best-Buy delivery to be top-notch.

    This washer is a workhorse. We tried the units with all the electronic bells and whistles, but they always cause problems. We run this 7 days a week for 18 months already with no problems.

    Compared pricing with Lowe’s and Home Depot. Price was the about the same with free delivery. Best Buy could guarantee del. in four days compared to to the other two that was 5-7 days. Best Buy delivery person was great. Would definitely use Best Buy again!
