    Best feature is the select your own water levels. Most new top loaders auto fill a dont add enough water. Very quite spin cycle

    Purchased at Pacific Sales. Love this washer. Its huge! Love that dials are simple/intuitive. Also a fan of precise fill for water, which helps conserve water. In California, definitely a plus.

    we really wanted a "Whirlpool" washer again, since it has given us about 15 yrs. of reliable service - but as we wanted a little more of a CU, we noticed the GE washer and decided on that one in the hope it will service us as well.

    I'm sad to say, this doesn't hold a candle to my Maytag. This washer is loud, and gets off balance easily. I am not impressed.

    After 1 week having washed about 6 loads of laundry I noticed a "burning-like" odor and the washer wouldn't drain or spin. We had to empty the water by hand ( it used ALOT of water!) and call for repair. A very nice repairman from the company came out and replaced the pump that had gone bad! So far it works, but I have only done about another 6 loads. He said this is unusual. I certainly hope so!

    We needed a washer at a good price in a pinch. Best Buy delivered 2 days later and the machine was better than expected. Has a precise fill option so you will not waste water. Very easy to understand and quiet! Would recommend to anyone!

    This washer has been great, but I do wish I would have went a size up. That was a huge regret of mine in buying my first washer. Overall, I would buy GE again for any of my appliances.

    It’s pretty new, but we love it so far. We got rid of our fancy front load machine. I’m so happy to be able to select the amount of water to use so that the clothes actually come out smelling clean.

    I purchased this washer after my lg leaked and I never looked back. Its bigger and washes a lot faster than my front loader that took almost 1.5 hours to wash.

    bought new washer got it home and it leaked water out of the bottom and would not spin. Called GE and they said someone would get ahold of me in 24 to48 hours. no call. called Best Buy said they would bring new one. then called and said couldn't make delivery because of staffing. finally brought it and the same day repair man called 14 days total. how disappointing. Think I should be compensated for my troubles and laundry mat bills
