So far so good. Has a quark where sometimes you have to push the start button twice. Cleans well with less water and gets the job done. Order was flawless online. Great job!

First of all, I have a lot to say about this purchase. MACHINE REVIEW: I purchased both a GE washer and dryer. My husband had to reconfigure some of the plumbing before we installed and used the washer. After almost two weeks of sitting in their boxes in our garage, I finally got to use the washer. The first load came out nice and fresh smelling. However, the joy of a new machine quickly ended when the agitator came off and I saw it detached in the tub. I reread the manual because I thought it was operator error on my part. Though the TROUBLESHOOTING section mentioned that it would move, it did not say it would detach. I put it back into place and placed a medium load in the washer. I heard a noise midway through the wash and didn’t think much of it. When I opened the washing machine, I saw the agitator had detached AGAIN and fabric softener was on some of my white articles of clothing. When I turned the agitator over, I noticed that it had a crack at the base which is why it was no longer staying on. I quickly called BEST BUY’s major appliance customer service hotline. CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW: I overlooked the customer service reviews, but believe them. I had to make about 5-6 calls connected to this washer and dryer order. The agent with whom I spoke to about the washer exchange ACTUALLY did her job and followed through with the exchange order. This was NOT the case for the other times I called about the dryer. YES! The dryer was defective and had to be exchanged too. I will write a review about that item too!!! It did not go as well as it did for this item. PROS: -Agent quickly looked up order; -She asked if I wanted a return or an exchange; -The fact that I had gone over the 15 days for exchanges/returns was never an issue which I appreciated; Agent quickly sent me email confirmation of exchange delivery and order receipt. CONS: The voice quality of their calls is not the best. OVERALL TAKEWAY: With future major appliance purchases as I remodel my kitchen, I will definitely look closely at store return/exchange policies and customer service reviews. I was very disappointed with the quality of the machine especially because ANY washing machine is expensive and this one had great reviews.

The washer doesn’t wash large loads and it doesn’t fill up.

This is a streamlined update of the traditional spindle washer. I like the auto sensors for typical loads. I also have manual options for my larger loads which is great.

Love my new washer and dryer! They work so well and I efficiently. Couldn’t be happier. Would recommend.

Took a while to get used to the different functions in this washing machine, but wouldn't trade it for anything. Love the "Precise Fill" option.

One of the very few that allow you to use as much water as you wish! That alone makes it a must buy. Get it before big brother legislates it out of existence.

The control is a little bit confuse at beginning. But we get used to it once we start using it. Delivery guys are good and professional.
