    We had to replace a high efficiency Kenmore After the trans shaft that goes into the basket rotted only after just three years and we been totally satisfied with our new GE washer

    We bought this washer after our old one died and it works great! Our clothes don’t come out as wrinkled and this washer has many different wash settings. Great buy for the price!

    We received this washer, which was dirty and dust covered and not in a box. Did NOT work for even two weeks!!!! Supposed to be replaced tomorrow. Basically a piece of junk!!! Employees at Best Buy extremely unhelpful and nearly impossible to get on the phone. WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY AGAIN! Horrendous expensive experience!!!!

    100% satisfied with the washing machine. I always buy from Best Buy and would recommend anyone. I have 3 Tv's from Best Buy and I've never had any trouble with anything

    Not happy with the way the new machines are that you cannot put as much water as you want. My clothes are way below the water. I cannot understand how they can get clean. Clothes could hardly move there so tight on the largest level of water.
