    One load and this washer broke......One load...Good luck with any customer service from Best Buy....I am more disappointed in the service than the actual product. Some Cardboard and duct tape got it working, but I shouldn't have to MacGyver this brand new washer to work. Never again will I buy from Best Buy.

    The only thing I dont like is having to and detergent to the clothes instead of having a place to add the detergent,like its got one for bleach.

    Good quality washing machine. Easy to use. Clothes come out with very little moisture .... spin cycle is excellent and cuts down on drying time.

    It’s ok, I don’t know how much I like it yet but I don’t hate it. I do love that you are able to adjust the water level like the washers before. But, I’m not completely sure it cleans as well as my old one.

    The first time I used the machine, the agitator came off. I have not been able to get it to stay connected so I’ve been washing without the agitator. I have it had time to report the problem. The machine does seem to work fine without it.
