    This machine is a major disappointment. If the machine gets through the sensing fill cycle (sometimes it has to be restarted several times), more often than not the clothing all ends up piled up on one side of the drum, so it doesn't spin out properly. It is such a disappointment. I do not recommend this machine.

When the washer pauses to balance, we recommend letting it sit for several minutes to give it a chance to auto balance and continue without assistance. If the unit should not continue on its own and the load has gathered on one side, this could be the sign the washer has been loaded improperly. We recommend keep like materials together and not washing large items such as towels with smaller items like socks.     It is very noisey and the start button is the cheapest I have seen, it keep getting stuck. I purchased this since it was recommended by Consumer Reports and I am highly disappointed.

    I have only used the washer a few times, but I cannot stand the loud grinding noise. I will call the repair people and see if they can do something about the noise. Even on the gentle cycle the clothes are turned inside out by the washing so eventually this will wear on the fabric. I long for my old machine which was 20 years old.
