    We love the large drum capacity for big loads - great for washing bedding. No problems in these first 3 weeks of use

    washer works good, little load at times when washing. Give it a lower value score cause BEST BUY had it on sale when we bought it, (last day of sale) and then 23 days later BEST BUY put it on sale again for a cheaper price and wouldn't give us the difference. Guess I'll spend my money else where next time. Tim

    Great for dark and heavy duty clothing. Stained all light and white clothes with fabric softener and still had residue all over the agitator when load finished. Tried different settings and water temperatures, but had to return. Not a clean rinse with fabric softener. Would probably work if you used sheets in the dryer.

    REPLACED A 2004 MAYTAG WASHER. THIS PRODUCT IS ABOUT THE SAME QUALITY, IT HAS A FEW MORE FEATURES BUT IS NOT A BETTER PRODUCT..

    Was happy to receive the washing machine. However, does not fill with water properly. The clothes stay dry on top for fill cycle no matter what button I push. Also, delivery was very quick... I had to ask how to use it. The washing machine will only use hot water. So, poor install. I can’t get anyone on the phone for help, I’m infuriated with this purchase. Plus, I paid for removal of my old washer, so I’ll have to figure this out. For $650, plus delivery and set up, i will have to figure this out on my own.
