I wanted to get back a washer with an agitator. This is so easy to use and cleans great. Love all the cycle options.

My old washer was 25 years old and this new one is a dream. Very easy to understand. It has a roomy tub. It runs quietly and clothes are clean and well wrung out. Style of outside of machine is such that it will be easy to keep clean.

Everyone says high efficiency is a must, but this washer and dryer set is more efficient based on less run time by half. The washer gets cloths cleaner and spins them better in half the run time leading to less dryer run time. The other little perk is half the cost!

So far, so good. Replaced an old Maytag where the motor burned out after 19 years. Has lots of options for different types of laundry and is very easy to use, however the machine shakes a lot during spin cycle, but according to other reviews I have found, it is normal.

I just love my washer. I've had it about a month now and still can't believe you can was clothes in so little washer! It's HE. But it you choose, you can select the water level yourself. It has an agitator in the middle but this tub is huge. It held a queen size spread that its really heavy and never even went off balance when spinning.

Works great, cleans great, easy to use and install! Good price as well

This high efficiency cleans better than the other brand it replaces. I love the options I am able to choose for each wash cycle. It's large capacity allows me to wash my son's huge load of very dirty work jeans and our King size bedding. I highly recommend this machine and have nothing negative to report.

The features on this washer are great. It cleans very well, and cycles are quick. However. the agitator noise is incredibly loud, especially if your washer is located near living area of your house. There is no excuse for a washer to make that much noise. Agitator washers have been around for a really long time and were never this loud. GE you used to be my faborite brand, but the Chinese have ruined you.

Smooth operation, low noise, very easy to operate and the agitator really gets clothes clean.

This washer is such a nice one! I personally have never bought a brand new washer because I always thought buying refurbished was just as good. So, when we decided to buy this new set I was a little anxious. Also, we bought it straight from online so you never know how that could turn out. However, I’m so happy we made this purchase! The washer is so deep and it cleans our clothes so well! I fully recommend this washer!

Is small size with large capacity simple to operate a little to noisy but over all it washes very well

Man! I can get my GIGANTIC THICK queen sized comforter in this baby, and it comes out so clean! I have two things to say: don’t forget to put it on deep rinse for your fabric softener and don’t forget to only add half softener to the middle thing and then HALF WATER otherwise it doesn’t work and just spews softener all over your clean clothes. Once I read the directions (again) it works amazing :) I do laundry almost every day, and this machine is the bomb. Also, it holds a crapload of towels. Really faboo

We have had this washer for almost a year. It has a very large capacity and washes well. The true down side is that it goes off balance constantly. It shakes so hard that it pushes up against the doors to the washer and we have had to take the door off to get the washer pushed back in place. We are actually considering getting rid of it because it happens so much.

We bought this washer and dryer because we needed something fast and effective . It washes our clothes fast and leave them super clean I can wash about 3 -4 loads in 2hrs Compare to the other ones we had in the past where it almost took me an hr to finish my first load . Overall we are very happy with this brand and this washer in specific

I've only had this in place over a week, but it's the same one I had in my previous townhome, and will probably be the same one I buy for my next house. I've never had an issue with GE washers or dryers in the three sets I've had over the last 20 years. Plenty of cycles to do any kind of laundry, and fits my entire king-size bedding in one load. It's not the quietest, but it does the job and is a workhorse.

I like the deep fill and many washing options of this washer. Delivery tech said it would probably only last 7-10 years which was disappointing as I was replacing a 35 year old machine which I loved. One big problem is when a load is unbalanced in the spin cycle which seems to happen a lot with this machine. The top is locked so you can't just reach in and rebalance it. The cycle refills with water to try to rebalance the load on its own which doesn't usually work. It takes forever to get a load to spin. Seems like a super weird answer to an unbalanced load. Medium sized loads of towels, jeans, sheets, etc. end up easily unbalanced. Quite frustrating.

We were very upset when our old washer bit the dust. So we started our search for a new washing machine. We wanted a top load washer like our old standard wash that allowed us to select the amount of water and the GE allowed us to. This machine is fast as well between 35 & 45 minutes per load and the tub is very large as well. Works great.

This washer has a very large tub for big loads! Highly recommend

It took me a couple washes to master the settings buttons. Not complicated but a little different options than my prior washer. I choose this one because it did come with an agitator. Two of my friends have bought washers recently without agitators and told me their clothes were not washed clean. My husband even commented that his Tee shirts looked cleaner. The tub is extremely large and holds really a large volume of items.

The washer works very well. I can finally get my husband's greasy jeans clean in 1- 2 washes with dawn dish soap added to tide. The water level is lower than my old machine but with the add water button I can get enough. With the larger tub the decrease in water does not cause a problem.
