    Worked well for just under 2 years before it quit heating. The Geek Squad repairman told us it is a common issue with this model, and that the heating element wiring is exposed and melts from the heat very easily. He told us he would repair, but that due to the faulty design, the repair would only last a couple weeks. Sure enough, just over two weeks later now it is overheating and there is a burning smell coming from the heating element. Waiting on another repair, which they require before they will actually replace it under warranty.

    The washer is easy to use, and has all the settings that we need. Especially when you open the lid and close it, it will automatically start after a few seconds.
