    It lasted 2 months shy of 2 years, I went to do laundry the other morning and it was full of water and it will not drain. I am assuming it is something just clogging the pump but NO WHERE can I find any how to's on taking apart this specific model. It seems where most of them you can just pull down the front panel this one wraps around the entire washer making it seemingly difficult to work on. I am about to just start unscrewing anything I can find and tugging apart at it. Why must things be made so it is so difficult for the consumer to repair it themselves?
