    I love this washer when it works. But I just paid over $400 to put in a new motor after less than 2 years. Warranty on the motor is 1 year. Yes...I could have spent a little more to get a whole new washer but that was a bigger hassle. You might want to go ahead and get the protection plan...

    This washer should be discontinued, On the first use, the agitator did not work. Really upset because I liked having the option of selecting the water level and the agitator. It made lots of noise but would not wash the clothes. I’m not sure if I received a lemon or what, but Bestbuy’s customer support was awesome and I’m thankful for a stress free exchange with another brand. Don’t waste your money or time
