It is extremely loud during all cycles—able to be heard throughout the house. During the agitation cycle, it sounds like an extremely loud flock of geese honking. During the spin cycle, it vibrates, shakes, and walks. I have never been so dissatisfied with an appliance in my life

Best Buy delivered on time and installed. These units are extremely loud. Louder than the washer with the bearing noise. We kept for a day and exchanged for LG machines which are very quiet.

I started having problems with the Washer 2 weeks later. Of course now Best Buy wants nothing to do with it. Had to contact the manufacturer. It's 7/4 and my Washing Machine is still not fixed. I will never Buy Household Appliances from Best Buy. Worst Expect EVER!!!!!!

It makes a grinding noise that stops when the wash cycle begins. We made efforts to get used to it but decided to exchange it. The second washer has the same problem. We are deciding if we want to return and purchase another brand.

It has absolutely no Rhyme or Reason and hasn't successfully completed a load of wash since I bought it. If it's not dumping my soap and water down the drain without washing anything, it's not spinning the clothes. I've Had The Geek Squad out here once and they seemed to have it working but didn't stay the hour it took to wash the clothes and I just continued having more of the same problems.

Repairman came and replaced lid lock This washer is not capable of washing a small rubber backed bathroom rug. Very disappointed and returned washer to Best Buy

The machine cries for help!

I chose this machine because i wanted dials. The wash cycle makes a ridiculous "squawking " sound as it agitates.......is that really necessary? Repair man said that is the way they sound.

Since purchasing this washer I have received several marketing emails from Best Buy. I have tried the unsubscribe link multiple times for over 4 weeks and the junk emails keep coming. Thinking I got a unit that was defective as with the wash and spin cycle the drum banged loudly at the sides. The clothes continually went to one side of the drum and I had to keep repositioning it to get the cycle done. I know GE is a good brand but was not happy with the washer. I got a speed queen washer instead. Paid a little more but it performed great. Made in USA!

The cost to repair them was about $600 each so I disposed of both of them. This washing machine was less expensive and does not have a computer that goes bad because of the constant moisture.

I purchased a washer and dryer there was a manufacturers issue the movers took the dryer back to the store I told something would be done about this( discount on another set) nothing was done and it took 2 months for a refund to return to my card. Cooperate was ridiculous didn’t help at all. And then they tried to send me the exact same set. No Thank you. If I can’t hold it my hand I won’t purchase from here.
