To achieve desire water level it is a nightmare. Not practical. It does a very weird sound when spinning. I have opted to always leave clothes in soak mode for 30 minutes or an hour. I feel it doesn't wash clothes well.

Does not till to the level of dial capacity. Does not spin all excess water from c!othes. Each cycle is extremely noisy neighbors have complained. Top door is not child prof.

No matter how you load it it rattles everything to one side and then moves a foot while running, this also results in the clothes never being cleaned consistently.

The agitator makes so much noise when in use you have to leave the house. The buttons to Start and Deep Fill the washer get stuck due to poor design. Don't Buy!!!

Pretty rickety and unreliable.

The lid pops up and stops the machine because of how off-balance even small loads become, shaking the machine like crazy. I don't recommend.
