To start, I didn't get the right washer. I ordered a black one with a clear top and got a white GE solid top not what I ordered. Also they installed the hot cold valve backwards so I have to put it on cold for hot water and hot for cold water

yes i bought 2 I absolutely love my GE! my mom has had hers since 2006 and it still WORKS! so when it was time to buy myself one it was no question on which washer/dryer combo i was spending my good money on. I know plenty of people who has repaired, replaced their machines from other brands and designs , not this baby!

This washer had a balancing problem. It never really worked for us. We could only get 1 small load done. Also, those knobs are fake. It's there for show because behind the knobs is a computer board that works the machine. Why not use buttons instead of fake knobs to mislead us?

Nice size washer with stainless steel drum. Plenty of options when it comes to washing. I've had it a little less than a month and the only con so far is the liquid fabric softener gets gunked up in the dispenser so it needs to be cleaned fairly often. Other than that, it's been a great washer, especially for the price.

Cost over $100 more than the last machine I purchased. It is a 4.5 cu ft washer which is senseless because it only fills just over half way full on Max Level Setting. Why get a 4.5 cu ft. if your clothes aren't even going to be under water. Come on.....it isn't high efficiency when you have to run the load two or three times just to get the clothes clean. I expected much better from GE. Slender deep tub so if you don't have long arms, get a step stool and prepare to dig deep!!

I’ve had nothing but electrical problems with this machine. Washed fine the first few times and then started with not wanting to drain, not wanting to spin, now it doesn’t even want to start a load.

Worst washing machine ever and it’s super loud. I had to return it back.

Loud could hear at the other side of the hour Thought a locomotive was coming through the house. Returned for a Maytag. Wow what a difference. Quiet as a mouse.

I hate this washing machine. I can be spot cleaning some items, and if it takes longer than 15 minutes, it will drain. Then I have to start over with an empty washing machine full of wet clothes, some of which I have pre-spotted. I have had the machine for 17 days, and just noticed that it is not returnable after 14 days. Save yourself some hassles and don't order this washer.

Bought this set Oct will be 2 years..The washer has been worked on maybe 3 times..They are replacing it with a new one since the repair is very costly this time..I only hope the new one won’t cause no trouble but I am doubtful because my mother has the same washer and hers sounds like the transmission is coming out just the same as mine..

Three months in and already calling for service. Washer is leaking from within the cabinet. Hope our floor isn’t ruined.

Dont like that no one told me to get the propane conversion kit. I asked 10 different people and everyone said not needed. I got the dryer and 1st thing the manual said in italics was need a conversion kit for propane

In between cycles, water was raising out from the drain pipe using the new drainage hose, Used the old one from the old machine n water leak went away.

Purchased this the summer of 2020, machine stopped middle of load this past week. Luckily we purchased the 5 year service agreement, called Best Buy and service repairman showed up. Transmission is out, oil leaks, belts broke as well as pulley. Parts need to be ordered which will take 5 to 10 days, may be 10 or more due to mail delivery and repair service personnel is super busy. Repairman mentioned he is very surprised the machine broke after 2 years and would only expect this after 4 years. All my previous machines lasted from 6 - 11 years of use without any problems, note GE off courses. Done with GE brand. Would have preferred to have a new machine brought in instead.

Product is fine. Delivery service was disappointing and poor.

It sucks. Makes loud noises. Doesn't clean cloths well at all. Doesn't even rinse them completely

I’ve had this washing machine about six weeks. It does not do bulky items well at all. The machine doesn’t feel like a solid machine. Not the machine I was hoping it would be. I definitely cannot recommend this machine.

Honestly, the washer is loud and the fabric softener doesn’t come out at the right time. I guess I got a lemon. I waited to long to return it.
