    Dont ever buy this washer you will regret it and have many problems. I only had mines a year and i had to have multiple repairs on it. Unbalancing issues, draining problems you name it. A complete waste of money. This GE product absolutely sucks! Hopefully you read this and wont make a bad decision like me.

    Terrible Washer/Terrible Service

    Machine broke incessantly. Geek Squad was useless. The last repair attempt, I waited over an hour and twenty minutes to make an appt for repair, only to be transferred to GE (they kept escalating my call as the washer keeps breaking). GE stated they could not help us and hung up. So, I started the call with GeekSquad for repair, they deflected us to GE who hung up on us. I would not recommend Geek Squad or large appliance purchase at Best Buy.

    Don’t buy this garbage less than a year and it’s already breaking. It sounds like something is grinding when the cycle changes. Save yourself the aggravation.

    It does whatever it wants. Lights blink and beep even if you haven't used it for days. It will stay on soak for hours on end, even when you turn soak off. You cant advance it. It has a mind of its own.

    DO NOT BUY……..If I could give this washer 0 or Negative Stars I would!!! Stopped working did not even have it a Full Year!!!! It will not spin or rinse!!!

    Water is not rinsing out and Fabric Softener does

    Someone came out to fix but still doesn’t work properly. I always have to wash my clothes two or three times. Reason is bc the water does not rinse out of clothes nor dispenses the fabric softener; therefore, I have to run it again on speed wash. It seems like it happens when I have it on the extra water level and when I have it on soaking options. It’s a hassle bc I need to call them AGAIN but it’s tiresome!

    precise fill my *** this fills no more than the one I replaced. Complete false advertising. Already had Best Buy tech over here who says this is still an eco fill. Will never trust what Best Buy says again,

    Delivered on time but installation guys did not test it. I switched on the washer late and it started leaking water. Luckily, we noticed it within 5mins and was able to stop the flooding of the newly constructed home. Worst part is, they were able to give a new item delivery date after a week. After a week, automated system said - the new item will arrive at my old billing address rather than the original delivery address the items were delivered. Now, calling back - they said now they need to push the appointment by few more days. Very bad experience.

    This product is not even 2 years old and is already rusting around the lid, and the rust is flaking off into the and ruining white clothes and light laundry.

    This dryer doesnt dry clothes the first time so I have to restart it to get clothes better dry.

    Love the machine. Paid to have it installed and it was never installed by Best But. I had to hire someone else to do it, unbelievable.

    It is not a good washer. Failed three weeks after installation. Stopped taking in hot water. GE service is one star too. They replaced the part and said everything was fine. When we tried using it after the service - the washer started leaking water on the floor. Will have another service visit on Monday.

    The washing Machine is making the strangest noise … it took me days just to get someone to answer my call for a service man, and the earliest date that was available is November 2 … that date is ridiculous and unacceptable. I can’t believe this is the best service available.
