Agitator not durable

I really liked the washer until this happened. The non-digital aspect of the washer is nice. Now we have an agitator that is worthless on a washer that we bought just over a year ago.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!!!! Cold water has never worked and it's been leaking for months. SO glad we have a warranty.

Also, if the machine is overloaded, the clothes may not be able to move freely and may be more likely to throw the basket off balance. I can't get the load to balance and GE repair has to come out. They didn't tell me I had to go through GE repair that first year. I regret buying this

I call the warranty of 5 years and it took 2 weeks for they to come and still not working good.

Cheap plastic parts

The machine moves in slow motion at all settings.. It takes an hour to wash, there is absolutely NO PRESSURE of washing at any given setting.. I don't know if this is some kind of a joke.. I want the machine to be removed from my home.

Did not drain from day 1

Makes you wander about quality control. This was replacing the same model that stopped working after 3 years of ownership. Goes without saying that I will not be buying another GE product again.
