Excellent cleaning, with or without the agitator, makes it nice depending on what is being washed.

High capacity quiet Does great job with sheets and towels

For what I paid, this product has not delivered! The numerous knobs represent the bells and whistles that this product does not deliver. I purchased this machine for its bulky item feature and what it produces is an unbalanced spin cycle that sounds so loud and shakes so violently that the machine needs to be stopped and the items re-adjusted. While the machine does an adequate job of cleaning, it is quite loud if located inside. The locking mechanism can take a little getting used to, be prepared to wait if for some reason you need to toss in a last minute item.

All I care about is getting my clothes clean, the being energy efficient or saving water matters not to me far as I'm concerned it's the way to cheat the customer. This washing machine does a great job very satisfied with it as about everything I need in a washer

This washer has fulfilled all my needs. So far it runs great. very easy to use. Delivery process was excellent. The delivery men were very efficient, delivery was on time. this is the second appliance I bought from Best Buy and I would buy from Best Buy again. Very satisfied.

A name brand washer less than the big box stores charged. The salespeople were great to talk to, knowledgeable, friendly, made the whole process easy to handle. Installers were careful getting it in the house, and hooking it up. Top marks to all involved.

The basin is very deep, so I can easily finish laundry in one load. The various options aren't overly complicated and let you start the washer without issue. Hookup was very straightforward as well. If you need more bells and whistles, you'll be looking elsewhere, but this one does everything you need.

I had a washer that was having a problem, under the GeekSquad plan, I received a store credit to replace it. I've only had washers without an agitator for many years and thought I'd give this washer a try. I am amazed how well it cleans clothes. I wear white shirts for work, and they are now as white as the day I bought them. The presoak option is one of the best things to have. No more running in to stop the washer, then forgetting that you stopped it. ;-) Everything comes out cleaner, this is a fantastic device! The matching dryer also is fantastic. Enough various setting to get things "just right."

Good machine overall, cleans clothes very well, wash times are short and very efficient. I bought this machine less than 3 years ago and I have to replace it because it does not spin the clothes very well. If the clothes do not spin, it leaves wet heavy clothes that require a rewash often just to complete the cycle. There are times that I had to hand cringe clothes just to get the excess water out. I started to put less clothes in the machine so it would not get overwhelmed which results in me doing more washing. I am very disappointed with this washer and now I have to go buy a new washing machine.

This washer had some more features than my previous Maytag washer like a stainless steel tub, more water level options, a soak option and many wash cycles. It is a little noisy, but not much different than I expected.

Love my new washer. It thoroughly cleans and the spin dry works better than any machine I have previously used. It is a little noisy though.

We love our GE Washer! It uses an agitator system; agitator washers tend to clean far better than the newer style washers that force you to use very little water. It gets the clothes perfectly clean and it does not ruin them by using too much force. We've had GE appliances for decades and they are very dependable. This washer will put a smile on your face. Highly recommended!

Great reliable washer, Over performing engineering. Not fancy but gets laundry job done without downtime or repairs. Thanks GE for well manufactured product.

Bought this awful washer 2 years ago from Best Buy after our Kenmore of 16 years stopped working. A month ago (9/2020) it would start and during the rinse cycle it would drain, then completely turn off, stay in spin mode with a LOUD humming noise and WOULD NOT turn back on. After googling, I found it could be an unbalanced load issue (apparently all the reviews I read stated this was the main reason it was a crappy washer) and found how to restart it by doing the lid lifting trick and that worked. It worked for about two loads and it did it again. Another Google search found it could be our lid switch and it actually was broken. Purchased a new lid switch for $28.90 and replaced it. It worked fine for one week, then the same problem started again. I have a repair man coming tomorrow (10/2020) and if it’s more than $100.00 to repair it, I am just going to purchase another washer I’ve been doing some research on. I won’t be purchasing from Best Buy again, I don’t appreciate they sell products that are knowingly crappy. Side note: The washer never fills with enough water, clothes are still dry sometimes and my clothes never seem clean. I sometimes have to wash the clothes twice and when there is enough water, I have to do the spin cycle twice to get the clothes dry enough for the dryer.

I was happy with it while it lasted. Although the washing cycle took longer than my previous washer, i was happy with how quiet it was, and it washed well. Fast forward 5 years........it no longer spins, instead refills and begins washing all over again, even though the light is on spin. I called a repair service and the technician indicated that they see tbis problem with the memory board on this machine very often. He said the transmission also sounded off and if i replaced the electrical board (cost is over $300 for part only) it was likely the transmission would go out fairly soon. I called a second company for a second opinion, they basically said the same thing. Both recommended i not invest that much money into it and buy a new macjine. Very disappointed. I have the matching set (washer/dryer) now I'll have to not only spend money i dont have, but have different brand washer and dryer.

GE could have done betternthan this. This washer may have the agitater but the machine is annoying with the lid lock and the off balance issue making the spin cycle non existant. You may get a solid year out of it. After 15 repair calls we finally get a gift card to buy something else. We did not purchase from best buy but i fo suggest they get rid of this machine.

So far ok but it’s new make a lot of noise but not as much as the may tag I send back.

I’ve only had this washer for a year and its been awful, and I generally like GE appliances, but this has put me off. The electrical wiring is completely out of whack so sometimes the soak and extra rinse settings work as intended, but most of the time they do not. It’s always out of balance, twists clothing, barely fills with water… sometimes doesnt fill with water at all. It gets stuck on “spin” and “rinse” and what should be a 45 minute chore turns into 3 hours. Or in thr case of my cat puking on my bedding a 24 hour chore since I’m constantly having to rewash and restart cause its always getting stuck. I totally regret this purchase. I’m replacing it with a Speed Queen after only a year of use.

Enjoying it. We use often. I don’t appreciate the fact that this survey dictates how many words i need to use
