Has some issues with water level Low. Couple inches Med. 7 inches High. Perhaps 1,5 feet Max. Seems to be only. 1/2 way. In the container Even with pressing the. MAX. SENSOR. Water is still 2-5 inches below. CLOTHES level Everything it only goes 1/2 way of ususal. LOW Medium, High

This washer it he bane of my existence. I never write reviews. But this washer literally makes me cry. We've had this washer for 5 years and I've fought with it for the last 4 years. Read the other 1 star reviews. They are all true. I am writing this review as I am shopping for a new washer. I should NOT have to replace a washer after only 5 years. This washer has ruined so many clothes leaving impenetrable stains on my light colored clothing. I have to use the "deep fill" option on EVERY load because any other fill setting doesn't put enough water in it. I have had clothes come out where parts of the load were completely dry. I CANNOT wash a two small blankets (seriously, these are throws, not bedding). After restarting the wash 4 times because it won't drain or the wash stopped midway and left the load sopping wet and unclean, I finally just do a drain and spin and move on with my life. I yelp in joy anytime I do find that it actually completed a load. I have to take my bedding to a laundry mat because this washer can't handle it. I promise, I am not overloading it. I will be so glad to get rid of this thing. My husband asked if Best Buy will haul it away when we buy our new one and I told him no way!! I'm going "Office Space" on this machine. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

I love this matching pair, I have not one issue with either the washer or dryer. One of the main reasons I purchased this pair was I had to a pair in my former home up north, loved both and was the biggest reason I bought another pair. Love the soak cycle 15 minutes to 2 hour soak. Either pair never went of balance ever! Pick your water level and does a perfect job. Washers are a tad noisy, but close the laundry room door and quiet returns. Had a whirlpool washer, forver going off balance, the GEs never yet.

Very noisy for an upstairs unit, my last washer was quiet.... Im dissapointed on all the clicks and bangs this one makes.... also The MAX fill is not very MAX water.

Decent machine for the price. A big learning curve with the "new washing procedures" to save water. Need a grab-it pole to get wash out of the machine when done.

Great size. Fits large comforters and large loads easily.

We have 3 of these and they are very temperamental. When they work they work great wen they don't look forward to a week or more without a washer waiting on repair to get there and then order parts to repair it

I've been searching for a washing machine that works when i need to lift the cover to add or soak an item and this GE washing machine is fantastic. I washed and soaked a hand woven table runner on delicate cycle and it came out better than I ever expected. Thank you GE for making a washing machine that works with a human.
