Great washing machine. At first, I thought it wasn’t filling properly. Don’t be fooled. It doesn’t fill above level of clothes. But smart technology is actually saving water by filling to level maybe a quarter below what you’d expect for water level.

This is the worst machine I have ever used. Small loads or large loads ALL end up off balance and it barely fills and takes forever doing it. The settings don't make sense and god forbid you want to change something after you push start. The lid lock takes an additional 5 minutes to unlock after it takes 10 minutes to stop spinning. That is if you can keep it balanced long enough to spin. I would rather wash my clothes in the nearest river then use this hunk of crap one more day. I loathe this machine.

I am so pleased with all of the features on my new GE washer. It's not a very loud machine. The wash basket is HUGE! Another plus...I love the little "chirping" sound it makes when the load is done. It tickles me every time!

Needed a replacement to work properly-hoping for a long-term success.

Easy to use with acceptable noise. I don't need wifi fancy functions. I just need a durable product to make my clothes clean and this washer does the job.

I purchased this washing machine in August of 2020. A month later it had to be repaired because water wouldn't drain It required a "sensor speed" part to be replaced. It was still under manufacture's warranty. so I paid nothing for the parts or labor. Then in December 2023 clothes were still wet even after spinning. I had purchased the Geek squad 5-year protection plan so diagnosing parts and labor would be fully covered. iI was determined that the part I needed was no longer made by the manufacturer. Therefore I Geek Squad replaced my washing machine with a new one! I choose a slightly more expensive model and paid about $50 difference due not the new one being more expensive and a different model. They still sell the model I had. If I had chosen that same model I would not have been charged more. I highly recommend Geek Squad 's Protection Plan. It's worth the peace of mind. The machine cleaned very well when it didn't have the two problems mentioned. I enjoyed the large interior capacity. I'm only 5Ft 2 and I had trouble reaching the clothes.

The spin cycle or whatever causes it, is too strong. Clothes come out permanently wrinkled! It strangles the clothing, especially a small load. Not the way washers worked in the past. If its to save water...it won't. You will have to wash and try again. Even sheets are strangled!

I will never buy GE anything again. This washer did not last long. Major problems after 3 years. Wasted thousands of gallons of water because it would restart the whole wash cycle when it couldn't spin. I would rebalance the load perfectly and still wouldn't spin, leaving my clothes soaked. Its extremely Loud, inefficient, low quality. All their appliances aren't worth buying. This brand has to go.

Love, love , love. I can’t remember my old machine washing my clothes so complete. Not as heavy as I would have like, however does it’s job real well.

This is a good machine and has a lot of bells and whistles for the money. It cleans superbly and is somewhat quiet in the process.

Like other reviewers, I have had trouble with the spin cycle. Sometimes the machine just doesn't drain and spin. It easily goes off balance and then stops, so you have to reach in and rearrange the sopping wet clothes. Mostly I end up canceling the cycle completely, then resetting the dial for Drain and Spin only. It's a nuisance and not what I should have to do for a six-hundred-dollar machine. Also, the water level is "optimistic"--in other words, if you fill the drum and set the water level to Super, often some of the clothing never gets wet. Beware of "overloading"! Mostly we never fill it more than 2/3 and we set the water level to Large. Would not buy again, do not recommend.

Bought for my Mom and she loves it. Having separate knobs for all the functions and being able to fill it with the lid open to the level she desires is fantastic.

Product is great. But the guys who installed it were OUTSTANDING. Got my old washer out and the new one in, in about 10 minutes.

The worst washer I have ever bought. Its loud and always out of balance. I have never had a washer that was out of balance as much as this one, even cheap off brand washers. If I had it to do over again I would not buy it.

Has everything you need in a washer. Can actually deep fill if you want and clothes have never been cleaner.

Good quality washer , cleans clothes faster then our last washer that had no agitator, cleans better too
