    This machine is so loud technicians installed my washer and left found out 30 min later after test Cycle the brand new waterlines they installed leaks

    Unbelievably sucky

    The washer is fine. The dryer took 2 solid hours to dry 5 bath towels, 3 hand towels & 2 pot holders -brand new. I'm returning the whole set.

It is disappointing to hear the dryer has not lived up to its name and we would be honored to provide assistance. Drying times can vary greatly, depending on many factors. We recommend setting an extra drain and spin cycle on your washer for bulkier loads such as towels or sheets. Also, if your exhaust ducting is not cleaned regularly, the build up of lent could lengthen dry times considerably.     Will not start right the water stops if you shut lid too soon sometime does not go they are full cycle and have to restart the whole thing or unplug it and reset it. Worse washer I have ever had.

    Open Box means NO box, NO paperwork

    After taking bubble wrap off there are 3 scratches at least 2 inches long. It comes with NO box, NO paperwork. I guess know what their definition of “open box” means before purchasing.
