GE washer is easy to program, with features I use. Most important it gets the clothes clean. So happy with the GE Washing Machine

Delivery service was outstanding. Wish I could say the same about this washer. From the first load to the last this machine does not spin the clothes to an acceptable level to put them in the dryer. Even after running the "drain and spin" cycle it takes at least 2 full cycles in the dryer to get clothes dry enough to take out and fold. A very courteous service tech came out to see what the problem might be. I got a 5 minute "lesson" on how to load the washer and how government regulations dictate how much water goes into the washer on any cycle. Yesterday was the last load I will put in this machine. It consisted of 2 sheets and 2 pillow cases. I followed instructions making a "donut" around the agitator with the sheets and keeping them away from the agitator. When I saw all the indicator lights were off, I proceeded to open the lid to remove the load. Yet again, the clothes definitely did not feel ready for the dryer. Tomorrow this washer will be replaced with one from a different manufacturer.

Overall a good job, on time, thorough, removed old units, installed new parts for making connections, good installation, balancing. Those question is whether all the packing materials were removed, if the setup was complete. Washing unit seems to make a lot of noise during agitating.

I rarely buy something sight unseen, but the information on the website was enough to make me feel comfortable buying this washer. It's controls and options were exactly what I wanted. I didn't anticipate the tub being as large as it is! I can barely reach the bottom. The fact that it has flexible water levels is great. It's quiet enough, and I love the extra rinse and spin cycle options.

The washer has done an amazing job washing our clothes. The agitator is a big improvement for getting the clothes cleaner. It’s quieter than we expected.

So far this is a good machine, I replaced an all digital Samsung, I’m done with all the electronics on appliances, they are a waste of money in my opinion. Take it back to old school appliances that last more than a couple years!

Washes clothes well and can wash a full load pretty quickly. The only downside is it’s really loud during the wash cycle.

already reviewed this on another device. Anyway here goes...had whirlpool washer for many tears with no problems. Tried to buy same model we had but no stock therefore had to pick this unit......have to say very pleased with this unit and in some ways better.

Great washer with most of the features I had on my old one, except it has no audible alert when a load is finished. It did a great job on a heavy load of sheets, towels and a duvet cover. It is strange to add the detergent on top of your load, as the directions say to do, I add it on the bottom of the barrel and that works fine, the precise fill helps me save on my water bill.

Great washer, quite, clothes have never been cleaner, big loads are no problem.

I bought this washer because it had a knob that allowed to customize how much water to put in the tub. Unfortunately this machine is a hunk of junk. The knob is strictly for decoration only. I'm not sure why the manufacturer is displaying options on the control panel when they absolutely don't work. Additionally it is extremely loud I don't understand why they can't add $10 worth of insulation to make the unit quiet. On top of that I did 3 loads of laundry with this new washer and it vibrates tremendously. I have the water emptying into my wash sink with a lint trap and the hose vibrated the wash sink so terribly there it shook loose the drain pipe of my wash tub and now that is leaking. I had my old washer for 13 years and that never happened. I washed three loads with this new washer and now my wash sink is leaking due to the vibrations from the hose that is connected to the washer. I now have to call a plumber in to have that repaired. This is an absolutely horrible product and I am so sorry I got rid of my the old washer. Having this terrible washer now I wish I would have paid the $700 to get my old one fixed. I don't need 15 wash cycles. People need an option for Jean's and sheets and towels. Really? They think we can't figure out how to wash? We need a "cycle for everything? More gimmicks = more money they can charge

Great machine for the price! Large capacity, quiet, and easy to use.

Our previous front load machine had finally quit working and it was time for a replacement. This checked all of the boxes as I wanted to go back to top load for a variety of personal reasons. The biggest thing is that I can soak a load which I could not do in my previous front loader. The other issue is that you can adjust or set the water level as you wish. It is noisy in the wash mode. However, changing from a front loader without an agitator, this just takes some getting used to.

Easy to use washer, good short cycles, a little noisy.

Nice washer however there are several issues. I cannot just run a rinse or spin cycle. I like to wash out the tub after washing the pet bedding but I don't need a full cycle to do that. I also cannot reach the bottom to get the clothes out. I have had several arguments with the machine already because it randomly locks the lid at the beginning and does a spin letting out the soap I just put in. But it is pretty.

I absolutely love my new washer. It makes funny noises but I was assured that’s HE. It’s so nice after using one that finally gave out after 20+ years and was all rusty. This one was a price I could afford and I was amazed to learn it was that low price. I bought it over the phone and your salesman was terrific. Very happy so far

So many settings that come in handy! It cleans my clothes really thoroughly. Amazing product for the price.

This washer is awesome for me. I love it because it works like the original washer. It doesn’t lock on you. You can open it at anytime. U can have it open to see how much water it has and add detergent and softener when u need to. I love this product. It is a GE which is good quality and it was a reasonable price. I only have it for about three weeks but I know I bought the one that best for me.
