It’s nice to have a new machine after 20 years. My biggest complaint is the NOISE it makes when agitating my laundry. It’s loud, and really pretty awful. I hope I get used to it - I have contemplated returning it for this reason alone.

Anyway here goes...had whirlpool washer for many tears with no problems. Tried to buy same model we had but no stock therefore had to pick this unit......have to say very pleased with this unit and in some ways better.

As I was shopping around finding the best deal for the washer & dryer I wanted, I asked each place the same questions, price, delivery charge and if delivery people would move my old ones to my garage and what the cost would be. Per information given from your salesperson that they would be glad to move it and no charge. So image my surprise when I was blind sided when the delivery guy said I had to pay 50.00 for them to move my old ones to the garage!!! HAPPY! LOVE LOVE LOVE my new washer and dryer.

Value for the price. That said, it is LOUD. My laundry room is right off my kitchen. Closing the laundry room door is a must when the washer is running.

But this works fine and it’s not tiny . . . I’ve been really pleased with that. It’s a great size and it has a lot of choices for different settings and it has worked very well so far. I would recommend!

Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Fantastic to deal with! On washer- was looking for a reasonable priced unit with good ratings (Consume Reports)- the product performs as expected, albeit a little more noisy than prior unit. However, certainly provides a superior cleaning experience. Washer combiner with Geek guys result in 5 star rating.

The only negative comment I have is how much louder it is than my previous Top Load Washer which was a twenty-year-old Kenmore that was not HE type. This washer is high efficiency type, so the agitator works somewhat differently, which makes it louder.

It was leaving clothes smelling bad so I opted for an agitator one . This one has great reviews . So far good value for a washer with an agitator . Didn’t like they the lid was all metal no glass and no detergent dispenser . Just for bleach and softener . Didn’t think it would fit my king size comforter but it did . Fills with more water than I have had so if you don’t overfill your clothes will come out clean and fresh . Now musky unclean smell so far . Has a option to deep fill and lots of settings including second rinse .

Have had a few times it stopped during the wash cycle. A few times it stopped from being out of balance, but it stopped on me once and the clothes seemed well spead out and not lopsided. The reason I still give it 5 stars is that we have ran well over a hundred loads with very little problems.

Recently purchased the GE agitator style which is the kind used years ago. What a huge difference! I love this machine! It not only cleans my clothes better, you are able to open the lid and add clothes while the washer is filling up. Many options are included which makes this washer the best I have owned in 50 years!
