This is bigger than expected. We wanted a 5.5 cubic foot washer but were limited by the shape and width of our staircase. This washer is really fast on the quick cycle. Honestly I think it takes 15-20 minutes? That's a guess. A lot faster than what I have experienced lately. It fits our king comforter okay. Clothes come out spun pretty dry as well which is nice, we don't have to run the dryer as long.

Tons of great features, solidly built and simple operation with the press of a few buttons. It's a little noisy, but since it is in its own room it's really no problem.I purchased at the recommendation of a friend who has the same machine for 3 years strong no issues now.If a machine could have a demeanor, I'd say this one was cheerful. It even plays a little song at start up. It's a great choice!

It gets the clothes nice and clean, it can do a huge load, and doesn’t grow mold like my old front loader!

I bought the same washer again. Low tech, unlike most machines. You can adjust the water, it has an agitator and does a great job cleaning your clothes. Had the other one for eight years and it started acting up. Replaced with the same washer.

I’m so very happy with this washer! My laundry comes out perfectly every single time, no matter what I’m washing! It’s so quiet while cycling and the end of load notification is loud enough and not annoying. I could not be happier!

The washer works very well, had to replace a Samsung and I would say the GE works just as well for cheaper.

My only complaint so far is the noise. I needed a smaller unit to fit in my laundry room. I would gladly have paid a little more for more sound reduction.

Loud when spinning. Needed repair in first 3 months. It’s hard to trust it as it moves when washing towels or sheets.

Nice Looking Washer, cleans well, lots of variations to choose cycle to use, however during agitation it has a fairly loud squeaking that you would expect the manufacturer would be able to cure after all the years in business making appliances. Our old Whirlpool that we replaced was much more quite.

It’s plain, simple, basic, gets the job done right, quiet, efficient, and correctly. There are no bells and whistles to break down, no front door seals to leak, basic control settings with a nice variety for today’s world. Fits large loads, king comforters, easily handles a weeks worth of laundry in one evening for a family of 7. Quiet, quick, and minimal effort! We are loving our choice in purchasing this washing machine.

washing machine was a good selection among in store units. the price was very competitive. the sales staff were quite helpful in sharing information, working out the payment plan, and the whole process of making the purchase. the team who delivered, set up, and removed old unit, were courteous, professional, and made it happen in a total of 15 minutes. no hassle. no problems. just super service. i have been a Best Buy customer for a long time and continue to be very pleased in their products, sales team, and delivery staff.

Very happy with this purchase. The machine can accommodate a pretty large load, and its usage is very straightforward. Definitely recommend using the extra spin as it significantly decreases the length of time needed to dry clothes. After reading up on a number of different washing machines, I feel I got a great machine at a reasonable price.

I like the deep drum and all of the other washing options. I had to get used to the grinding sound of the washer, but once it gets started, it's pretty quite. Overall, a good washer for the price!

Large washer that is not complicated to use. Very quiet and efficient. Dials are intuitive and clearly market.
