We have owned this washer for almost a year now. We have been pleased with its performance. The way it fills takes some getting used to, but other than that, a great purchase.

Love my washer, lots of room and cleans clothes well

I did not want something with knobs & purchased something else. However when I used the other washer I returned it for a number of reasons. The biggest fault with the first washer was because you could not control the washing and the water leveling of each load. It was very loud also. I picked this one because you can fill it like a normal washer. It does not start washing when there is only a couple of inches of water in it like the one I returned. This on is louder then I would like but it is 10x's better then the one I returned. This one was cheaper then the previous ones which I might add was not a GE product. All in all Im am satisfied with this puchase. NOT satisfied at all with the delivery service!

This washer replaced a 12 year old Whirlpool Duet. It has done a great job so far. I have done about 10 loads of various size. I bought it because I was in dire need and it was cheaper than most of the other washers. Plus, it was in stock at my local Best Buy. I tried Lowe’s and Home Depot, neither of these stores had this washer in stock.

Love the performance of this machine! Clothes are so much brighter and fresher than with our old machine. Especially love the sensing fill option so no need to guess the load size and waste water.

I find the GE washer to be easy to use and it is large enough for even extra large loads

I would have given it five stars except that it is quite noisy. It makes a whoom, whoom, whoom as it agitates. It washes quickly and well and is huge inside. I washed my king size down comforters and pillows with no problem.

I love this washer, but still wish there was no locking mechanism on it. If I forgot something kind of a pain to pause and restart. Gentle is really gentle but spin cycle sometimes doesn't get as much water out as it should. Heavier things I run extra spin because I find clothes on one spin cycle could get more water out.

I missed having an agitator! Feels like our clothes are so much cleaner. With so many options, this washing machine really does it all. It was a very last minute purchase but extremely happy with our decision!

Everything I wanted in a washer. Top loader. Agitator. Assorted water levels and temperatures. Not as quiet as would like but ok. Delivery man, John, was very good also. Knew what he was doing, friendly, prepared. Would buy again. Price and availability good.

I am happy with my purchase. I was concerned that the water level might be inadequate as this was my first high efficiency model, but that has not been the case. There is a lot of flexibility in setting up cycle options, including soaking periods and water level. I like that the machine has a dual agitator and that you can lift the door to see if you want to add more water.

The washer for the most part, operates well. The controls are simple, and user friendly. The only negative thing I have to say is that it is loud. Besides that, im pleased with our washer.

We went back to a top loader washer after having a front loader. We were tired of getting gunk on our clothes from the front loader. I really like the way this washes our clothes. I love each setting how specific they are. Definitely had a little learning curve in the beginning but really like it!!

Very easy to use. Excellent performance. Would definitely recommend to others.

Washing clothes is much more enjoyable than my old washer. More water levels and more rinses. Gets my clothes cleaner too. I noticed the difference right away. I like the fact that you can open the lid while the water is still running.

The main problem is the spin function is at cyberspeed, it is very noisy. Also did not know this washer is not set up to handle comforters. Learning to use settings that result in slower spin cycles. the washing machine cleans fine.

Love the large tub! Great capacity and settings foe everything!

I bought this washer in open box condition, and I couldn't be happier. This washer works better than the Maytag Commercial Washer, I replaced it with.
