Love this washer!

I hated it and felt it did not clean the clothes since it barely covered the load. This washer is the opposite. It fills with plenty of water and cleans the clothes well. It also takes half the time to finish the load. The only down side is that when I wash sheets they get twisted together.

Only have had it a few weeks. We had one nearly identical to this one that was only about 6 years old and it almost never worked right. Just hope this one lasts longer and without issues.

The price was good as well. And you can't miss with TotalTech free install!

Doesn’t fill more than half with water on max load

Posted .We truly appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us about your washer and are sincerely sorry to hear that you have not been pleased with your washer's Max Fill feature. The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. Rest assured, however, that your clothes are still being cleaned just as sufficiently as before despite the lower amount of water being used. We decided to replace it, rather than fix it-- and I am so happy we made that choice. This GE washer is much bigger, very quiet and has tons more washing options, without being too high tech. I love it. I couldn't be happier with out selection.

This fits the bill. It's big enough for large loads of sheets, towels, etc. It also has a quick wash selection when you just have a couple things to wash. Plenty of options available with the controls.

I have used it 4 times since I got it and it does the job it is suppose to, it is rather loud and sounds like it is grinding when agitating.

It's a pretty basic washer, but we haven't had any real issues, aside from the infamous traveling washer when washing heavy blankets. Otherwise, we love it!
