My machine works really well and my clothes come out wet like they are supposed to. The only thing that bothers me is it sometimes spins off balance and is noisy. But it washes great! So I will deal with the little inconveniences.

Wife loves the features and simplicity of this replacement washer. Flexible options and smart water usage, not as quiet as the front-loading washer it replaced but after using it for 2 weeks it seems to be a well-built and reliable product. Installation was also well performed.

So far, (I've had this machine just over a month) I am happy with this washing machine. I was skeptical of HE washers, but this one does a good job getting the clothes clean. It does make some very strange noises as it cleans, but I think that is just its process.

Good sized tub. Only negative item, so far, is the washer doesn't have an on/off switch.

Bought this washer at the beginning of August. First, It is really, really loud. It worked fine at first but now every single load I wash - it becomes unbalanced-everything moves to one side and the washing machine actually moves! We have to move it back in place every time! I just did a load with only 3 towels just now & it did the same thing. It’s ridiculous. This NEVER happened with my Whirlpool washer. As soon as I can I’m getting rid of this thing.

I am surprised on how noisy it is. Never thought of asking if it was noisy or quiet. I justify it by telling myself that wash is done faster than old one and more energy efficient then old one.

The wash cycle is pretty short and the clothes come out really clean. I really like the number of cycles there are to choose from. The biggest negative is that it’s the loudest washing machine I’ve ever owned!

My mom has the same washer and I just bought mine and owned for about a month 10/10 would recommend large enough for comforters and full size blankets

Needed to replace my 25 year old top-load agitator machine which gave me all the options I wanted as far as water fill and how I wished to wash my clothes. Finally just wore out. This machine certainly fits the bill. Plenty of options for water levels (including the precise fill setting which takes all the guesswork out if you wish), soak times, and a full assortment of washing Cycles. I have also noticed that the full washing cycle is quicker than my old machine. Only negative thing noticed is that it seems to be easier to get off balance in the spin cycle than my old machine. Wish it had some of shut off sensor if it got too far out of balance. Just need to be a little more careful now. Overall a great machine and I have no regrets in purchasing this!

For the money, this is an amazing washer. Little loud but if it’s in the basement, who cares. Also, YOU CAN CONTROL THE WATER LEVEL. This was the main reason for this purchase.

Washes great, I especially like the agitator which I feel really gets the clothes clean.

I would like more control over my appliances. I do not like for the lid to lock. I can not see how fast the agitator is moving, but my last, great washer worked better. New doesn't mean better.

Very happy with the washer, especially the big tub. Bit of a learning curve as it has been a long time since I replaced a washer. The clothes are clean and we are pleased with the washer.

Solid, base level washing machine. It just "works." And is somehow bigger on the inside!

Best purchase! Both washer and dryer do a fantastic job. Service was great and so was the delivery.
