Crappy stuff , don't buy it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this Top Load Washer on February 2023 it is now May 2025 and Washer got broken. Washer agitator got loose. The screw that attaches the agitator to the transmission valve got rust and the head of it got broken. So to extract the rest of the screw to replace, it is necessary to drill a hole in it and use the broken screw extractor. It is a huge problem to do that without transmission removal such as all is loose and one will break a lot of drill sets. 2. The metal of the screw looks like incompatible with the metal of the valve because only it got rusty and fall apart. I think who picked up the material for this screw does not know well the chemistry - those metals are incompatible such as screw got rusty very fast. SO this cheep screw causes one or spending like 300$ for technician to fix it or buy a new Washer. Looks like I will just buy a new Washer and not GE or Whirlpool because youtube is full of the videos where this screw got broken or on Whirlpools or GE Washers similar models. Impressive piece of crap.

Excellent Washer
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love GE appliances. This dryer is exactly what I was looking for. It has enough capacity to wash a full load instead of splitting it in two.

Best washer I’ve ever owned
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Agitator seems to be key. Very quiet operation. Love the dials instead of push buttons. Lots of options for type of load, water level and water temperature. It replaced a commercial grade Maytag and it’s better

poor design.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well it washes. Even slightly out of balance and the tub BANGS the sides with enough force to get the machine jumping all around. Cant pause it the lid is locked. Afraid to wash anything heavy. Started making odd noise while washing. Repair called. Needs a new motor, lid lock, control panel, speed sensor. I have to wait for the parts to be fed ex to me so repair can be done should arrive the 9th of next month. Glad i called when i did. If the machine was dead, i wouldnt have a washer till after parts were recieved and repair was compeated . The balance design is poor. Relies on 4 rods with springs. I dont like front loaders, but never had a top loader act like this.

New washing machine
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having a washing machine is essential, as we don't have a creek or a rock in our back yard. I will miss scrubbing clothes to a cajun beat on the washboard, though.

Satisfied
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm happy with our purchase. I don’t love that you're supposed to add detergent before you put clothes in. Some of my clothes still had small clumps of soap in crevaces AFTER the wash ended. I prefer old school machines where you can let the barrel fill with water and suds before adding clothes. I found a way around it with this one, so overall, it gets the job done.

Perfect at this price point
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price this is perfect and very easy to use. I like it better then the front load Samsung I had prior. This cleans much better without the unneeded bells and whistles like app and wifi ….

Seems to be a good washer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far, so good. I've had this washer for about a month now, it replaced a 16 year old machine. Speaking with friends and coworkers who have hi efficiency washers, many of them have complained about how they need to clean the machine regularly to prevent it from being smelly. I chose this washer for a couple reasons: 1) is has an old school agitator, and 2) it has an option for additional water fill. This is my first experience with a high efficiency washer, and I've been using it with regular water levels and single rinse (this machine has an option for 2nd rinse cycle) and so far it has been getting all my laundry clean without any extra water usage. I also appreciate that the load cycles don't take an hour or so to complete, as is the case with a lot of high efficiency washers. So far I am glad that I purchased this.
