This washer has proven to be well worth the money. The tub is big enough to wash comforters and other big items. I also like the fact that it notifies you when the wash is finished. I feel that this was a wise purchase.

This washer is great! I can fit quite a bit of laundry inside. I like having the option to choose my fill level or use the precise fill (which does take longer). Lots of settings to choose from if needed. Great purchase!

Works great and got at a decent price. Larger capacity is nice with many load option settings.

I bought this washer about 6 months ago and it’s been a rough experience. It aggressively shakes in the spin cycles so much that it walks away from the wall! Im not over filling it and it is on a flat and surface level. I’ve had Geek Squad come out to fix it 3 times, but each time they said there is nothing mechanical wrong with it. They claimed it was only a balance issue. Eventually they told me to reach out to GE because there is a manufacturer warranty that would cover my problems. GE customer service told me that I would be getting a call from a local appliance repair company. The appliance repair company wouldn’t call me for about a month. I had to reach out each week with GE customer service requesting a repair. When the appliance repair company finally came out he told me there was an oil leak and that was getting on the belt and some sensor was broken. He said these were all common issues on a lot of GE models. I initially purchased GE because I thought parts would be on hand. I was wrong! I had another month of waiting for those parts to arrive. Once it came I scheduled the appointment and the parts were replaced and it was finally fixed!! Or so I thought, because not long after it started aggressively shaking again and walking. So bad that if I let it continue the basket would dent the outer washing machine wall and rip the water cord from wall because it moves so much. The machine is always level. Now I just wash clothes on speed wash, I always keep the amount of items I put in low, and I always have to keep an eye on it. I just recently bought my very first home and I had to replace the broken washer that was left behind. I chose this one because it was relatively inexpensive and had decent reviews. I have spent so much money at the laundromat in the time when it was completely broken. I think at this point I would just like some store credit, but honestly I’m so sick of telling this story to some customer service representative and not having the issues resolved.

No problems yet. Also just what we wanted. Wife loves the ease of use. Still learning functions but loves it so far. Again not many bells and whistles to go wrong.

The washer really did a great job of cleaning the clothes; however, I had to return it because you could hear it all over the house. Simply way too loud.

So far it is holding up. Qas purchased for my mom and needed one without all of the tech stuff. This was just perfect and HUGE to reduce the amount of loads

Works great! Only problem is it will get off balance very easily with heavy loads.

I've always had a GE washer & dryer but this GE washer is horrible. It's extremely loud especially when changing cycles (scares both me and my cat), it gets out of balance nearly every load, the clothes get twisted into tight balls that's almost impossible to untangle and they come out horribly wrinkled. I wish I could exchange it but I think I've had it too long (a couple weeks) to do that.

Love it! I have had front load, high tech, and basic washers in the past. I kept upgrading. I finally found one that goes back to basic washing with an agitator!

So far this machine is working well. The clothes come out very clean. Low noise. I like allvthe options for washing

Haven’t had it for very long but so far so good. Works good just like any other washing machine minus all the extra buttons and features you never use on more expensive machines

If it wasn't for this problem I'd give the washer five stars. When you run bulk for a blanket or comforter as directed it 95% of the time will become unbalanced and leave you with water in the machine and a soaking wet blanket/comforter. In addition, if you run the drain and spin cycle to try and drain it, it instead fills with water. Our old manual washer never had a problem with a blanket, you just set it for wash and it washed and spun.

So far this washer has been an improvement over our last, which was a LG washer that was constantly off balanced. Enjoy the simplicity of the design, I don’t need fancy LCD screens, happy to have a agitator in the middle.

So far the washer does as its advertised. The only complaint I have is I wish it would add more water when using the actual setting instead of the autosense. XL should fill it up all the way, and it doesn't.

We have had these for a year and they have been great. They could be a little quieter but overall they’re good.

This GE washer works great! I wanted a old fashion one thst uses enough water to get the soap out of the clothes. Its big enough to wash. Queen size comforter. Perfect
