I am so glad I purchased it. Delivery and set up by the Geek Squad was exceptional. Best Buy did a great job all around.

After I talking to GE help desk and after he trouble shot the problem, he said something is wrong with the washer. He recommended I return it to store.

I love the size of the drum and all the choices I have for different sizes, colors, temperatures etc. I just hope it last longer than my last washer!

Makes it super easy to figure settings to use for what clothes you are washing. As a 70 year old man that has always been a problem for me. Plus the wife said I was going to buy US a new washer so I did. Did the home installation myself took less than 10 minutes.

Was a little concerned with some reviews about the noise level of the washer but have found the noise level is not an issue. Love how easy it is to do large loads in a short period of time.

Grinding and banging.New and installed 3 weeks ago. Called for repair. Tech came today and said this model is the loudest. I live in an apartment, and hope the neighbors don't complain.

I have only done 3 loads of wash in this new machine but liking it very much. It's kind of a throw-back to the good old days when we could choose our water level and other aspects of the wash cycle. The human gets to be in charge...not the machine. My last GE gave me great service for 23 years!! I so hope to continue liking this new machine. I chose it after donating my 3 yr old Samsung that had all the bells and whistles and was the worst machine EVER!

Great washer -- happy I chose this one.

I wanted a quality washer but didn't want a machine that was too high-tech and would "take over." I also didn't want the wash cycle to take extraordinary long time, as some have reported. This washer has more choices in setup than I need, but it's easy to use just the ones I want. The top does lock when cycle starts, but easy to press "pause" and open it, then press same button to start up again. Clothes come out clean and spin dry gets the excess water out so much better than my old machine. The dryer gets towels dry faster now, another bonus. The bin is large but I can reach everything with effort -- I'm 5'4". I like that I can wash a comforter in larger bin. Highly recommend

The capacity of this machine seems huge, my old one was 3.2 compare to this one is 4.5.
