    This washer has not been good since I first bought it. It has an internal fault which causes it to not use enough water. They say it doesn't need to have water to wash, however it leaves clothes rough and hard because it doesn't have enough water to wash and rinse. I use enough softener and not enough detergent to wash and it still doesn't work. Now it turns out that for the last few months it has not been wringing out the clothes properly. It gets very wet at the end of the wash cycle. I really would not buy this brand or this type of washer again. I do not recommend it. Of all the products that I have always bought at Best Buy this has been the only one that has given me a headache and it is terrible.

      We appreciate you leaving your review with us. You can select the water level for your load with this washer. If your clothes are coming out rough, we recommend ensuring that you're using the correct amount of detergent and fabric softener and that you're utilizing the "Deep Rinse" option. Your clothes could be wet after the Spin cycle because they are unbalanced. Redistributing the load and running a "Drain and Spin" cycle should help. If either matter persists or worsens, please schedule service by calling 833-426-3393. GE_Appliances

    Machine is very user friendly. It will allow you to select water height and lots of temp and cycle options. Washes clothes really clean and in a quick amount of time. I was concerned when I had to replace my 17 year old washer because I didn’t want the bells and whistles new ones. This machine is awesome and I’m very happy with it

    This washer is not too big but it holds lots of clothes. It’s modern but with the knobs buttons which is great for my elderly mother.

    This has the features my wife wanted like selectable water level instead of auto water level. It is a little loud but it sounds sturdy or heavy duty so we don't mine.
