    Once we ordered our machine, we received quick delivery date. they showed up on time, and were done w installation in minutes.. Machine is working perfectly ! They hauled away the old and broken. Love the water saving feature and programable extra spin or rinse cycles as needed. VERY HAPPY with this purchase. Having the annual Geek Squad Warranty program I didn't pay for any extras ( delivery, installation, haul away) ! I Definitively didn't get this kind of service with SEARS on our refrigerator purchase ... a whole other nightmare of problems.

    Works perfect. Very user friendly. Washes great. Only drawbacks is the tub gets stained with what looks like rust close to the top. Called customer support about this and that you have to buy chemical s to clean it up. Which was kinda weird. Other thing is softener doesn’t disperse correctly. Other than that it’s perfect and quiet.
