I would highly recommend reading the manual before starting to use the washer. It will answer most of the quesgtions you would have if you don't. Washer has several unique noisy sounds you would will need to get use to, other than that it works fine.

It even managed to get the sleeve of a jacket OVER the agitator! This was the last straw. Took me upwards of 15 minutes to get them untangled, squeezing the water out as it did not do the job!! Very very disappointed!! Wish I could return it.

Cleans and take a shorter amount of time to wash!!
