Best Buy’s, you could do better

Took three tries for them. Felt bad for the department manager who did everything right. The problem is the Pacific Group who handles delivery. The first one thE side was kicked in enough that the drum on every rotation sounded like someone with a hammer. Delivery men installed it even though they knew. Second One was worse than the first I refused delivery. Third one works.Bill showed up on time, however, right on the nose, paid for it for three months before I got the actual item, they wouldn’t fix that either. Total aggravation, constant phone calls and arguing, took three months to resolve. Best Buy’s, you could do better. The whole experienced sucked,

Large capacity washer

The reason I did not give it a higher rating is because the washer is very noisy. My laundry is in the garage so it is ok however if it was inside I would not be happy about the noise.

If the wash cycle were quieter I would give it a five because it does get the clothes clean in a very timely manner. Wash cycles are not too long. Price point is reasonable.
