The one thing I would recommend is not to use it with just a few cloths but to have it filled up

Only washed for ten minutes before spinning. Second load--towels. Agitated very slowly. Next time normal clothes again-agitated slowly like the towels. Did not get clothes clean. Every load since agitates slowly, no matter what cycle is on. Have to run clothes thru 2 cycles to get clean. does not rinse clothes well at all.

This washer is 100% better. It completes wash cycles that front loader stopped on. Also better $$. Jeans, auto soak, 2nd spin makes it great. It is louder than the more expensive washers but clothes are clean and dependable finish. I am glad to be rid of my front loader washer. Holds a lot of clothes, blankets etc.

I called in the order they scheduled to have it delivered within a few days of placing the order. The service techs were great. I have been using the GE washer for about a month and I love it. Great product and a great price.

We would recommend reviewing Page 2 of the owner's manual to ensure the washer is leveled properly.
