For the best wash performance, clothes should be loaded loosely and evenly around the agitator. The manufacturer's instructions should also be followed for the detergent being used as over or under use could result in poor washability. What good is having a drum big enough to wash blankets if the agitator falls off. I've tried multiple settings and it happens on all of them. Would not recommend

I replaced an eight year old GE with 3 knobs... pretty basic machine. This one has so many selections! But they’re perfect. The wash is quiet. So quiet, I just knew my towels would not be clean at the end of the cycle. Not only were the towels clean, they were practically dry! The spin cycle really does the job. If you’re skeptical about this machine, don’t be. Buy it!
