    The first one i had delivered made a horrible screeching noise. It took over a week for all of it to get taken care of by best buy who finally exchanged it. The second one works great except the hoses were hooked up backwards so we had to fix that but that was an installion issue.

    We bought our Washer and dryer since we build our first home that was constructed on 2006. I should say GE washer is very reliable and durable. It didn't gave us any problem and guess what when we have the chance to replace it, we just bought the exact same washer. that's how much we loved it.

    LOVE this washer back to old school with the agitater. I had front load fir 11 years clothes never smelled clean - yes a lot less water, but not clean. So after using it fir 11 years I researched and found as close to old school as I could. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! So quiet, my cloths are clean. Yes it uses more water but cleanliness can’t be beat!! Don’t hesitate!
