No wifi. No touch screens. No app control from my phone while sitting in drive through in my car. I just wanted an appliance that would dry my clothes without frivolous bells and whistles to drive up the price! This is doing the trick nicely.

Will not fill with enough water to do an actual large load, water level never over 11" deep, even using extra fill option, hold button down for 5+ seconds. Sensitive to unbalance with larger items like blankets or heavy coats, can't tell where in cycle it was when shut down by unbalance. Can't do just a rinse and spin cycle if you think it went unbalanced after wash, and didn't rinse. Confusing array of different cycles. Much preferred our old, straightforward, Maytag, good for 16 years.

Basic but gets the job done

I was wanting to get a model without the agitator but it wouldn't fit. I wanted a matching set, so I bought the dryer as well. This does the job just no bells and whistles.

This was one of the washers that matched the dryer. We did want dials rather than digital, and this has a huge number of setting options. Very easy to use. Holds more than we expected.

We read other reviews before purchase. We have been very happy. It's quick, let's you decide on load size plus other choices, saves water and clothes aren't soaking wet when transferring to drier. Suggestion: Read manual before hand because it gives good explanations on how to customize loads.

GE not Best Buy has been able to resolve this issue and do not care . Do not buy this product .
