    this washer is maybe the best one i have ever owned. and I have to say from the moment I walked in to best buy until the set up crew left my house, the staff was more than wonderful, they all went the "extra mile" for me to make me comfortable and at ease with making the purchase and then explaining how to use it, there were so many different settings and tech things involved ! the washing machines have come a long way since the days of the hand wringers!!
