Best Buy replaced 2nd washer quit mid cycle and would not drain. Best Buy worked with me on options and we chose the Maytag 4.2 with agitator...Great!

Lots of options for settings. Cleans well. Gets lots of water out in the spin cycle. Read the directions (another reviewer said this and it was helpfu l). There are lots of noises as it starts, but it's all normal. Tub is huge--I probably needed the next size down. I'm short and need to stand on tiptoes to unload it.

Very quiet compared to our old mechanical washer, but you almost always have to use the deep fill button to make sure you get enough water in the tub to cover the load (common with HE washers). Overall I'm very happy with it.
