The tub feels loose and sloppy. The thing shook so bad during a wash cycle it moved 6 inches. My wife took a video and we're going to play it to Best Buy customer care when sending this junk back. So dissapointed! BUY SOMETHING ELSE!

Of course, there are more bells and whistles with this model. So far, the clothes have come out clean. The biggest disappointment is that this good size washer could not handle a heavier winter blanket, all by itself. We will see if this unit will last even half the amount of our previous washer.

Best Buy was very efficient in installing it and checking it out before the employees left. Prices seemed to have gone up a lot since my last purchase of this kind, but I guess that's just inflation right now.
